Cancellations made within 24 hours of expected appointment will be subjected to 50% of the service booked. Cancellations made within 12 hours and up unto the appointment time booked OR a "no show" will be subjected to 100% of the service booked. We will require a credit/debit card at the time of booking.
It is our goal to provide our clients with the best service possible. With respect to that if you arrive 15 minutes late it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above. At that point we will beed to reschedule your appointment to another date/time.
